Charlotte brings more than 14 years of experience as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Her clinical background spans functional, integrative and longevity medicine, with a strong focus on hormone optimization, including perimenopause and menopause care, testosterone replacement therapy, thyroid management, metabolic health, medical weight management, peptide therapy and personalized strategies to support energy, body composition, performance, and long-term wellness.
Her experience also includes regenerative medicine, orthopedics and physical medicine, with a focus on musculoskeletal health, joint and soft-tissue concerns, healing, inflammation, and restoration of function. She also brings personal experience with strength training and weight lifting, giving her a firsthand understanding of the role muscle, strength, body composition and physical performance play in healthy aging and longevity.
Because of her extensive experience in both conventional and complementary medicine, Charlotte is able to integrate evidence-based medical care with functional and individualized strategies. Her approach may include targeted lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation, hormone, metabolic, peptide and regenerative therapies, with a focus on both current health concerns and long-term optimization.
Charlotte also has experience in urgent care and family medicine, providing her with a broad clinical foundation across both acute and ongoing care. She has contributed to the clinical development of other healthcare professionals through training and precepting nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Her healthcare career began in critical care nursing, where she developed a strong foundation in complex patient assessment and clinical decision-making.
Charlotte places a strong emphasis on mindset and believes that the way we think, respond to stress and approach our health can have a meaningful impact on overall well-being, resilience and long-term wellness.
